I'm wondering just what McKay Management does for the money this and other Trace Crossings neighborhoods pays them. As near as I can figure out, it's not worth what they're paid.
Anyone else have any thoughts about this?

They're paid for individual homeowners' lawn maintenance and for maintenance of common areas, including landscaping, lighting, etc.
